RC01 did not start in 2026. The wordmark was drawn in November 2023. The reversed R was painted in August 2023. The woven labels were designed and ordered through Woven Label Manila in late 2023. The techpacks for the original 12-garment sampling run were authored by Raissa Dimacali (Manila) through March 2024. The sourcing matrix — Vanguard PH, Glorietta, Asiatex, Hongyu, MasterKnitPeru, Grace Apparel, GrantGo, Lagofra, Seam Apparel — was built by Allia Coleen and Raissa through 2023–2024. Carmina Isabel (ex-Central Saint Martins) worked the design board alongside Raissa from October 2023. Jesame (Manila, 2024) locked the trompe-l'œil reference that confirmed the HP-1 reversed-R thesis. Gwen Organista runs the program day-to-day — 15,322 messages over 2.5 years.
Same wordmark. Same woven signatures. Same hand-painted reversed R from August 2023. New supply chain. Smaller lot. Higher integrity.

Authenticity, not marketing
RÊVASSER is a single-person-authored brand at the creative level (James drew the wordmark, painted the primitives, authored the 82-slide design deck) and a multi-person-executed brand at the operational level (Raissa's techpacks, Allia's supplier matrix, Jesame's reference lock, Gwen's daily ops). Both layers are documented with recoverable receipts — Slack archives, Asana projects, meeting notes, design boards, photographs of hand-painted primitives with 2023–2024 metadata, Woven Label Manila invoices for the cream-on-black satin weave that ships on every RC01 piece. When the brand voice says 'archival-adjacent, not archival-replica,' that is not a marketing claim — it is a provenance claim that every sentence of the PDP body copy can route back to a specific human, a specific file, a specific date.
