Two blocks.
Five pieces.

RC01 runs on two body blocks — short-box for four SKUs (Always Tee, HP-1, HP-3, Heritage Patch) and racerback muscle-tank for the Summer Body Tank. Both blocks are ready-to-wear blanks (AS Colour 5080 + BC 3483); RC01 is not a custom-fabric program. That's deliberate. Proportion is the first signature (Code 5) — the block does the primary brand work before any print lands.

Short-Box Block

Blank: AS Colour 5080 · Heavy Faded Tee · 220 gsm combed ring-spun cotton

Heavier, shorter body than a standard cotton tee. Shoulder-drop controlled. Designed to sit at the hip, not past it. Holds its shape after five washes rather than softening away.

Fit note. Runs true to size. Size down for a cropped read at the hem. Size up for a looser architectural shoulder. Because the block is built shorter than most wearers expect, ignore your usual fit instinct if ambiguous.

Racerback Muscle-Tank Block

Blank: Bella + Canvas 3483 · Unisex Jersey Muscle Tank · 4.2 oz ring-spun cotton

Extended armhole, racerback, muscle-tank cut. Runs true through the chest, cuts tighter through the waist than a standard unisex tank. Not gym-cut — runway-cut.

Fit note. Designed to sit alone in July and layer under a cotton shirt or unstructured jacket in May or September. The extended armhole shows shoulder architecture; the racerback collapses the back triangle into the mark.

Fit rule of thumb. Between sizes — go up on SKU-04 (HP-3 scattered composition wants chest room), go down on SKU-01 (the short-box block feels cropped at the hem in a good way when sized down). SKU-02 racerback is gender-neutral but cuts tighter through the waist than a standard unisex tank. SKU-05 runs true; the heritage-patch placement discipline means you want the piece to fit clean.

Per-SKU fit essence

One-line fit quote per SKU, derived from each PDP's Fit & Wear paragraph. Use these as the copy that lives inside the size-guide drawer on the final PDP.

SKU-01Short-box block. Runs true. Size down for cropped hem, size up for architectural shoulder. The 220 gsm cotton holds the shape after five washes.
SKU-02Racerback muscle-tank block. True through the chest, tighter through the waist. Runway-cut, not gym-cut. The ê at the nape sits where the wearer cannot see it.
SKU-03Short-box block with full-chest HP-1 DTF. Print centered over the sternum; when the wearer turns sideways the mark reads as a single bar of typography, not a logo.
SKU-04Short-box block with scattered HP-3. The chest cluster pulls the eye inward, the back cluster extends the torso line upward. Reads as one thing close up, three things across a room.
SKU-05Short-box block. The patch is the piece's only mark — no chest wordmark, no back print, nothing at the nape except the shared woven label. In five years this is the shirt still reached for first.

Provenance. Body-block descriptions derive from public/rc01-deliverables/pdp-copy/rc01-pdp-copy.md (per-SKU Fit & Wear paragraphs) and public/rc01-deliverables/production-playbook.md (QA rubrics). Size chart values are averaged approximations across AS Colour 5080 and BC 3483 published specifications; production samples received at T-19 will refine these to garment-specific figures. The short-box block's "sit at the hip, not past it" discipline is the single most important fit note for RC01 — the block is shorter than most wearers expect, which is the point.

QA tolerances. Shoulder drop ±1 cm, racerback angle ±5 mm, placement tolerances by SKU per production-playbook.md. Any sample out of tolerance triggers vendor re-work before the first production run ships. Samples that pass QA on a single garment but fail on a subsequent production run trigger a full batch review.
